No. The plan belongs to the business, not to a person or a phone. Once the owner subscribes, every staff member signed in to that business gets the same access automatically — there's no per-seat charge.
They stay. Quotes, recurring commitments, order notes, checklists, attachments and expense splits all remain fully visible after a downgrade — you simply can't create new ones or edit them until you upgrade again. Staff who were already added keep working normally. And you can export everything to spreadsheets on any plan.

Because Monyvo is priced per market. Pick your country at the top of the page and prices are shown for that market. Where we haven't set a local price yet, we show US dollars and Google Play charges the equivalent in your own currency. Monyvo works across all 55 African Union countries.
Annual costs less over the year; monthly is easier to walk away from. There's no penalty either way, and no difference in what you get. If you're still deciding whether Monyvo fits, start monthly.
